What makes this photograph special to me is the way the light is shining through an open window and across the table to gently illuminate the collander of fruit. To me, this turns an ordinary scene into something a little extraordinary. It wasn't staged by me - I just came across this scene in a historic village, but at that particular time and in that particular place, this lovely play of light emerged. Art to me is an expression of what a person feels and sees and is as unique as each and every one of us, Marsha. Your art is a reflection of you, just as mine is a reflection of me!
