Therese, I do very much enjoy the work that you do with watercolor and ink. I chose to comment here because I find myself drawn to the illustrative nature of this piece. There is something wonderfully vivid and personally interpretive in it. I find much the same inviting character in your "Ancient Olive Grove" painting as well as you work "Ancient Appeal." The colors in each complement your subjects and structural ink line compositions are welcoming to the eye. They speak uniquely, and the style that you use in them conveys thoughtfulness & personality. I have enjoyed my wander through your collection and look forward to seeing more.
